Samos is a great destination that allows you to visit incredible places while not being infested with mass tourism. Very nice local people and places to eat, drink etc. Definetely a positive surprise

The hotel looks like it got stuck in the 50’s. It hasnt been renovated in many many years. I would never use that kitchen, the bathroom is like a prison and water goes everywhere. The beds are just horrible, it is extremely remote (you need a car for literally everything) and its infested with bugs and insects (getting to the room by night was an adventure, everyday there was a different animal in my room- bugs, lizards, etc). On top of thatx with almost 40 degrees they charge 7€ per night for the A/C, absolutely unacceptable. The swimming pool is impossible to use unless you want to get attacked by 5 wasps at the same time. There is no reception service so if you lose your key at night, good luck. The owner lives there but doesnt speak a word of english. I dont get why Corendon promotes this kind of facilities.
