Fly & Go Abora Continental by Lopesan Hotels

Location is good, public transport is good and we even book a trip to see dolphins which passed very good. However, we were not happy about the fact that coordinator did not duplicate for us I formation in English. When she invited us to the general meeting the day after arrival, she did not propose us to join group in English or French and instead we had to spent 1h on Dutch presentation. In the end she did not even presented to us the same information in English but instead only answered our questions. We should have been at least notified in advance that there would be no English available or smth. Also the coordinator shared information about the incident that happens during the flight to Grand Canaria, but she did not duplicated this information to us in English, whereas among all people which came to the meeting, only we happened to sit to that guy who was in a bad condition.

Please see more details above, but overall it was nice hotel and location.
