Daphnila bay is beautiful, but nowhere to walk around. You need a car or a boat to get elsewhere
À propos de Grecotel LUXME Daphnila Bay:
Very crowded in the middle July, over capacity. Rather old hotel with beautiful view and garden and beach access. Located downhill, you have to be very fit to climb that hill a few times a day. Food at buffet is average. Other restaurants are nice but booking system is not easy. Avoid 'water taxi' if you travel with young kids. Room facilities are old, falling apart, beds very hard, only thick blankets provided in that heat. It is very humid and everything has that bad smell. Tap water is not safe to drink. Additional tax of 10eur per night per room not included in 'all inclusive'. Staff are overall helpful and pleasant but you need to ask every single thing ( tea bags, shoes sponge etc) and they are not coordinated at all. It took two days to get a bathroom step, two days to get bathroom slippers etc.
